Tiffany D. Daniels is the passionate founder and managing attorney of The Law Office of Tiffany D. Daniels, a family-centered law firm serving clients across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. With a strong foundation in criminal justice, mediation, and advocacy, Tiffany is uniquely equipped to handle complex and emotionally charged family law cases.
Raised in Richmond, Virginia, Tiffany’s path to law was fueled by a deep commitment to justice and community empowerment. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Liberty University and earned her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M School of Law, becoming licensed to practice in Texas in 2022.
Since 2023, Tiffany has focused her practice exclusively on Texas family law, including divorce, custody, CPS defense, protective orders, and adoption. Her background also includes impactful work in police reform and conflict mediation for the City of Fort Worth, as well as experience in immigration law—especially where it intersects with family legal matters.
As a single mother of two daughters, Tiffany brings not only legal acumen but lived experience and empathy to every case. Her approach is defined by fierce advocacy, integrity, and a child-first mindset. Clients value her transparency, responsiveness, and unwavering commitment to their well-being.
